Our approach to investing.
Georgian Partners invests in high-growth enterprise software companies in the US and Canada. We look for companies with great leadership and a strong work culture. Those companies should be earning $500,000 or more in monthly recurring revenue and be seeking an investment of between $20 and $50 million. Most important of all, we look for companies that are well positioned to harness three major technology trends:
We look for:
“Working with Georgian was a fast, smooth process. These folks say what they’re going to do and they do it.”
Rick Altinger , CEO, Glooko
How we work pre-investment.
We try to make our process as quick and transparent as possible. We like to start with an introductory call to talk about your company’s solution, alignment with our investment thesis areas, your team and culture, and how your business is uniquely positioned to dominate your market. If we think there’s a natural fit and that we’ll work well together, we’ll begin our due diligence.
How we work post-investment.
Post-investment, the Georgian Impact team will facilitate strategy workshops with your senior leadership team to brainstorm and prioritize opportunities around whichever of our thesis areas are relevant to your business. This work typically leads to an array of specific projects that we can help you with, ranging from risk assessments and strategy development to capability building, new product development and applied research.
Our goal is to help you accelerate your business by sharing our expertise to amplify your team’s capabilities. We do this by engaging in meaningful projects that help drive your business forward.
"Investors talk about value add, but none deliver it in the way that Georgian does. They’ve got a team of Ph.D.’s and operational experts who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help.”
Mahmoud Arram, Co-Founder and CTO, Bluecore
