Director of Talent
Kathryn Christie is our Director of Talent. She is responsible for designing and implementing people initiatives for Georgian Partners that will support and contribute to the overall vision and strategic mission. Kathryn is responsible for the strategy and execution of our talent management, coaching, training and development and performance improvement initiatives.
Kathryn has previously worked in talent and leadership development roles at Self Management Group, the Coca-Cola Company and the University of Waterloo. At Self Management Group Kathryn built an end-to-end training and performance program that leveraged emerging training technologies to enhance the performance of thousands of leaders in North America. During her time at University of Waterloo she designed and implemented a comprehensive leadership development framework for the entire university - approximately 40,000 people. She is a featured speaker for the Society for Human Resource Management, the largest global HR professional association.
Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Management (Organizational Behaviour) from Queen's Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Operations) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
